1. our Regular Service Program

- An added value to your watch

To maintain the good condition of your Vincent & Scales watch and to avoid premature wear, it is advisable to have it regularly serviced. We recommend that the watch undergoes a complete service once every 4 to 5 year.

Our regular service program ensures and safeguards the functioning and accuracy of your watch:

The Regular Service Program:

1. The watch is opened, disassembled and the parts are thoroughly cleaned. 
2. The gear train, the escapement with balance spring and other parts are inspected and checked. 
3. The watch is re-assembled with new o-rings, oiled, and lubricated.
4. Final quality control, the watch is inspected, controlled and re-calibrated to accurate time keeping.
5. A service certificate as proof of the regular maintenance of the your watch is issued.

The shipping is free of charge and the watch will be handled in a safe way during the service by our courier shipping partner.  A one year service guarantee after the completion of the service is included in the Regular Service Program.

2. Repair Work

In case your watch needs to be repaired we will give you the best professional support to get your watch back to the original condition.

Before we start up the repair work we will examine your watch and come back to you with a proposed job description. In case we agree to proceed with the repair work the shipping will be free of charge. If you do not like us to continue the repair work we will return the watch to you at your expense.

All repair works comes with a one year service guarantee after completion of the repair.

3. Warranty

Your watch is covered by a two year warranty from the date of purchase or date of delivery if not the same, see also the Warranty Conditions.

To raise a claim please submit the warranty claim to Vincent & Scales by using the form below. After receiving the claim we will come back to you with further information on how to proceed with your warranty claim and give you shipping details and instructions. Following our further instructions the watch has to be sent to us for examination. If any fault within the warranty conditions is detected the shipping cost will be covered by warranty.

Note! Vincent & Scales do not take responsibility for the watches returned under the customer's own initiative.  In such cases the customer bears all risks associated with the shipment, in particular loss or damage to the watch during shipping.
