international Warranty Conditions

The following international warranty conditions apply to all watches manufactured by Vincent & Scales.

Guarantee

We guarantee your watch against manufacturing defects for a period of two years from the date of purchase, subject to the following conditions. Any part found to be defective at as a result of a manufacturing defect will, at the sole discretion of Vincent & Scales, be repaired or replaced at no charge.

Responsibility

The responsibility of Vincent & Scales under this warranty is strictly limited to the repair or replacement of your watch, as stated herein. Vincent & Scales shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising out of the use of your watch or for any incidental or consequential damages relating in any way to your watch.

Note

The Vincent & Scales warranty does not cover:

• defects and damage caused by mishandling or abusive use, whether accidental or intentional (e.g. knocks, dents, crushing, etc.)
• defects resulting from environmental conditions or magnetic fields
• defects resulting from failure to follow the instructions of use or from the lack of regular maintenance or cleaning of the watch
• defects caused by unauthorized alteration, disassembly, servicing, or repair
• defects resulting from normal wear and tear of the watch, the strap, or the glass
• the loss of water resistance after two years from the date of purchase*
• theft or loss

* Water resistance is guaranteed for two years from the date of purchase, provided

(i) that the glass, the bezel, the back, the middle part, and the crown have not been damaged and

(ii) that the watch has been used and maintained in the manner described in the manual.
